Greetings! Sounds you like you've got great software, and testimonials suggest great customer service. I don't mean to be impatient, but I purchased the Membership Manager software on Friday and it's noon on Monday and I have yet to receive any acknowledgment of my ticket to request an install. The entire migration of my site from my old to new server depends on getting this done (as my old inferior script won't work on new Perl and isn't upgradable), so I just want to be sure I've done everything right to get the install in motion. I'd hate to wait two days to find out I didn't order an install correctly or am mistaken about something. Plus, I'm excited to try this out as it sounds superior to what I was using in so many ways!

Sorry about the small delay. We'll be with you shortly requesting the required info to install. See no problems with it being completed today and we'll then work towards your other requests (migration from old system).
