I have 3 questions,

1. Is there documentation available for Form 2 email? With documentation, I would spend less time writing messages in email and the forum.

2. Is there a way to import forms previously designed or do I have to use the what you see is what you get wysiwyg editor?

3. I am trying to create a header that uses javascript but the editor seems to remove the "<script>" and "</script>" tags leaving only the content but changing all the quote marks to html (&quot). Is there a way to include javascript?

Okay, I lied. A 4th question. I really am not a big fan of PHP. I prefer perl and CGI. Is it possible for me to upgrade from this script to the perl version if I send the difference of the two prices? I really do not need a program that forces me to design the form -- I can do that faster on my own and with better control. I just need a form script to handle validity checking, emailing, etc. of the form. I think the perl script would do that just fine.

The README.txt file is packaged in the /docs/ folder.  It gives steps to install & customize the HTML / Form output.  Once those two steps are completed you simply run the administration program where you setup you form.  Create questions and other settings by following the links and [?] tips within the program.

PHP Form to e-Mail allows you to setup your form via the back-end.  It does not read in an already created HTML Form and process that as your traditional form processing script does.

This should be entered directly into the /interface/html_form.php template.
