My forms have been working fine for years and now I can not access any of my forms. I keep getting the error message below:
DB_Lock : Can't create filelock : File exists

I replied to your ticket but it seems when the program was running 1 of a few things could have happened and the .lock folder got left behind in the /prog_files/ folder.
Just remove it and you'll be set. This could have been the server going down while the program was in use, the mail function failing or other.
Since its been running fine for years I doubt you'll see this issue again.
