Hi,

I recently bought your software and I currently am installing it on my web site. Before realizing new forms with you application I would like to know if (and how it's possible):

1) is it possible to limit the use of my form mail application only on my web site and not from other sites (how and where I set this?);

2) if it is possible to ban IP address spamming via form?

3) it is possible to receive (as reply in the form submitted) hidden data, such as: Current Date / Time, Users IP Address, Host Name. I see these info in the header of your example forms, but I don't want to show them on mine;

4) what is the use of the "Upload" folder I have to set in the Setting Options Panel? Is where form automatically done are uploaded by your online application? Have I to let my forms work from that folder only or can I put them whenever I want?

5) how can I use your form settings in my form already existing? Is it an automatic process or absolutely not?

6) after submission does you application forward to a "thanks" page?

7) after submission does the sender receive a notification email?

8) is it also possible to send data submitted to a bcc recipient too?

Please, let me know.

Forms you create can only be used with the program.  Forms on other sites can not use the program as it requires back-end administration setup/settings for the forms you create.

Not currently via the admin back-end.  Though you could use the .htaccess feature of your site / server to block IP's from reaching the folder you have installed the program in.

You can call that info from the following variables:  $date$, $ip$ & $host$ - You can place them in hidden fields within the form.  Our example forms do list this though you can remove them from the example form templates or simply not add them to display on the form when you create or integrate your existing forms.

The upload folder is where uploaded files are stored. If you add the file uploading feature to your form(s).

If you have an existing form you'll need to do a little bit of integration to have it work with our program, as you would with any form processor.

Sure does. It can show a custom page you create where you can add the form data entered in (IE: Thanks $name$) - or just redirect to a thank you page.  If you view the [create form] admin menu link or modify an existing form you'll see where this is set at the top.

Of course. If you enable that option when setting it up.

Not currently.  You can send to multiple recipients though.

Hope the above helps.  I recommend getting Form Manager installed and start working with it.  Things will be more clear and we can help with any questions during your form integration process should they come up.

Thanks!
