Hello there,

I wonder if anybody can help with how to make auto response work.  My forms.cgi does not send results to the poster, the person who submits the form.  I purchased this form manager just a week ago and I am curious to see it up and running to replace the old unreliable form processor I have been using.  Can any body help?

This is my form address:
http://www.travel-cambodia.com/cgi-bin/f...cgi?form=6

Any body can test this form.  I receive a perfect result but the form.cgi does not send the result to you.

Thank you.

Heang

PS: Hello Tech Support: Further to the above message, I think the problem is caused by my website host provider that may not have the feature for the cgi form to work properly. However, this form.cgi is quite what I need for my email processing and it works fine for me.

Hello Tech Team guys,

Thank you for the good services and providing prompt information.

I have used 2 email processing scripts already, purchased on the internet, and they are not so supportive as i2-Services, Inc. I should have run into this kind of email scripts the first time I searched on the internet.

I must say I very much appreciate the prompt response from the i2-Services, Inc.

I just drop a quick message.

Thank you again.
