I would also like to see the "why cancel account" Field made required.
You could use javascript to make that field required pretty easily. If that would work for you for the moment.
Wouls it be possible to have some kind of "autosend" to remind those who have not validated yet, that they have only * days to go before deletion?
With the vairable set from the control panel.
This would be a good feature. A setting to either state they have so long or just send the verification e-mail again "x" days after initial signup.

One thing that I don't see is any options on sending the emails? Is it, or could it be, possible to have a choice of which message is sent? What I mean is, i.e., with the expiration warning - maybe subscriberA could get messageA but subscriberB would get messageB? Perhaps chosen in the administration page by a check-box?
It would be useful for situations where the expiration warning is used to advise the subscriber of an upcoming payment required but multiple payment methods are used - so the subscriber gets a message pertinent to their particulars, you see?

Seems a little much to a unique e-mail per account. Would clog the system up a bit.

No, I didn't mean a unique email for each account - only perhaps two choices, so we could send either message A or message B or no message at all....
I would also like to see the IP address of the applicant in the email sent to admin.
This would help me decide if they are from the parts of the world where i want them to come from.
I know they could proxy, but most would not know to do this.
Agree, IP & Host if available would be good to have as variable calls within the e-mail(s).
Are you looking for that in the new approval e-mail, or all e-mails you think it should be available in?
I think it would only really be needed in the first application email sent when a new member signs up.
