Version 1.1 released today. Captcha! has been added for even more security.
Also custom field variables can be added to the form template. This allows you to directly add in a form field if you wish but mainly was added to support hidden form fields.
The custom fields are set in variables which can be used within any of the back-end administration features (emails / preview & completed pages, logging of data).
