What number should I enter in the RE-BILL/RENEW LENGTH field when I want the program to automatically send a reminder notice to a customer to renew his subscription.

When I entered 365 the program automatically renewed the customer. Should I enter zero?

If you do not want it to auto-renew. Set to "0".

You can set the warning e-mail to let them know "x" number of days before the account expires and to renew.
