Having had a few problems sending messages to my customers/members, where they say they didnt get the message (via email).
would it be possible, perhaps as a "Bolt -on" for a module that the site admin could send a message to a member, that would display when they log in? (similar to ths forum)

This way i dont have to block their account, send them an emial to give me more info, then unblock them.

I could see lots of uses for it and would be willing to pay for usch an upgrade/module.
I'm not sure I'm following? Could you elaborate a bit?
Im not sure how this board displays the "New PM" message, but i think that on this board, if i get a private message, when i log in a window pops up to tell me i have a message.
i suppose it would have to be called "Message centre" or something and be an extra tab in the admin section.
it would work just like the PM system on here. quite where the message would appear is something that needs some thought, but for sure in the members control panel, but also somewhere else (as a pop up) just in case they don't visit the CP.
so..
a new member called "Bob" signs up and validates etc. but in one of the required fields, he has put "NA", i require this to be more specific, so i send him a PM asking him to correct it via his CP.
The next time Bob logs in, a pop-up appears with "Bob, you have a new message from admin, click here to read it". he does so and is able to reply. the reply is listed in my "message centre" (or PM system on here)
Hope that helps Smile
Good description. I understand. Interesting feature. I do like.

I will consider this in the next round of updates.
Great, Thanks Jason Smile
