Where do we configure where files should go when uploaded? I'm looking in the /attachments folder and there are none there, even though I've tried uploading several.

well I figured this one out as well...also a permissions issue, and they go in the "uploads" directory. Makes sense LOL.

You beat me to it Right the /uploads/ folder.
