My experience with customer service in the past did not prepare me for Jason. I'm used to barely being able to communicate, and having the problem be pushed off as my using the program incorrectly. Jason made this so very easy. Not only did he explain in detail what I needed to do, he encouraged me to work with him to get this job done. Jason volunteered to code my pages for me and then explained what he had done so I could duplicate it. I'm one happy camper. Thanks Jason!
