By one of the Websites using the CGI Form Manager, more than 90% from the Emails sent from the website are been indicated as Spam. We would want to deactivate this option. What could be done in this case?
Is it an issue of form manager or Hosting Provider or Email Provider? This is very important for my client.
Many thanks for the answer
I am sure Jason will give you a definitive answer, but in my experience (i went through this a while ago),
it will be the IP address of your server/host. Usually systems such as spamhaus (google it) will have logged the Ip addy as being a spammer and anyone on the same shared server will also be included in this.
Nothing to do with the form manager, I had to contact my host to sort it out by moving to a different server
Hi and thanks for the answer and the very usefull hint. I checked this issue at:
http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx?AG=GBL - The IP-Address isn't blacklisted from none of RBLs and also not from SPAMHOUSE. There should be another reason for it.
thanks again
What do these e-mails consist of? Is the wording within it look like a spam type e-mail? Or is it a simple e-mail?
You could show me one forward to my PM box.
