We've been using i2-Services' scripts for years on various projects/sites and every product we've purchased, i2-Services has been there to support us far beyond any reasonable expectation.

I totally agree.
Even some of the "dumb" questions i ask, are always replied to without any problem.
I have been with i2 for about 2 years and imagine being with them for other needs for years to come. The products are great and the support fantastic!
