I suddenly have this error. is this my hosts or the program?

They are asking me what version of mysql is required to run the software?
Is this just on your admin area? or Can you login to the user area?
These are the requirements.
PHP 4.3+
mySQL 3.23+

it was any part of my site that required access via MM.
as usual, once an email is fired off to the hosts, and a few questions, it all works again.
so looks like a hosting problem and not MM
Was not MM. Something was going on the server side. Maybe they were upgrading MySQL? Who knows. Crazy hosts
