I recently bought "Form to email" program. This program is the best program I never used. I tried many, many others programs and this one is the most complete and easiest to use. It is very easy to create a form and create it in your own language if needed. I created my form in french and it is working super well.
I recommend this script to everyone that needs an efficient script to receive feedback and informations from customers... Most of all, the help given here is number one ... excellent !
