is there any difference between the different header and footers?
The reason i ask is that i have made a global header and footer and have changed the includes to point to just one header and one footer, now i am thinking you could have done that for a reason ?

Registration Pages versus Control Panel Pages, etc cold have different titles, links, descriptions within them?

Well, i have used the same one for all now and all seems fine

Great, we offer 3 sets so you have the option to easily give them different designs, even if its just a title change or link / image / etc.
