I have a suggestion or two for a future upgrade of CGI Forms Manager.

1. Email option. Currently, you send either plain or html email based on the admin's preference. This should be a user preference. Not all users can see html or want html and converting html email to text rendering looks horrendous.

2. Documentation. A lot more needs to be included to explain the program's functions. Through trial and error and a few emails, I figured out most of what I wanted to know but it would have saved time to see more documentation. For example, how does the autoresponder work (how do you address it and where do you configure the response). It is probably simple but a lot of "novices" will not get it and will have to send emails to find out how (or post here). I think every feature of the program and every configuration setting needs an explanation of some kind other than the short "installation" instructions included in the archive. Even the "integration" instructions do not include everything.

Other than that, it is an excellent program. It does everything I want it to do. Now I am leaving to try and figure out how the preview function works.
Documentation is always being added to our Knowledge Base. When using new software there will normally be some initial questions on how a certain feature works. When that arrises we're here to help in a few different ways in which you can contact us.

You can expect quick support response times to any questions you may have.

As for a user preference this would require on every form you ever created to have a selection on it if they want
a text email response or html response. And would require you as the admin to create twice the e-mail setup.

A little much for form processing I think. Normally a site owner has a specific preference on what they would like to use.

Glad you're enjoying the program.
