I have just purchased the CGI Forms software and I'm having problems. I have submitted help tickets and have received no responses from some of them. On top of that I'm fairly sure that I haven't received all the relevant purchase emails. For example, I haven't received an installation information pack.

I've read the txt file in the folder I received, but it doesn't explain very well what the various fields in the forms mean.

So my question is: where do I find a user guide which explains what fields mean and how to use them?

I've also noticed that the "Online Help" chat facility is never online. This would be a great help if I could contact somebody via this facility, but it doesn't appear to be available.

I live in the UK and am 5 hours ahead of i2, so I've wasted most of today chasing my tail. Can somebody please help!!!

Have you installed the Form Manager software yet?

Once installed there are several example forms. And within the admin is a link
to the HTML Form integration steps.

You need to first create your HTML form if not created, and place it in the /html_forms/
folder.

From there make the required changes to the form. Such as the form action tag, setting the
required field, a next page if you wish to have multiple pages or a preview page, etc.
