i2-Services, Inc. Forums - Registration Process and Sequence

I want my users to register with the following process. Is this possible?

1) New user fills out registration form
2) Park registration request until an administrator can review and approve it
3) Upon approval, send or release email with a link that the new user can click to activate their registration.

Currently you can easily setup your #1 & #2 requirements.

The feature of approving and still having to click a link is currently not a feature as once approved by the admin they're active.
