I received a request from one of my users to have the data sent to the administrator with data in the email, not as an attachment. In looking through the available options, I don't see any way to accommodate this request. Is this possible? Is there a specific reason why the data is sent as an attachment? Thanks.

Very odd. Should be no attachment and the e-mail should come in as a normal e-mail w/ the text / content in the e-mail message.

So, why would they be receiving an attachment? Is there something you can suggest I look at to find the answer?

Could you submit a support ticket so we can fill this form out & see how its received?

Have you tried different e-mail addresses / viewers / programs to see if its received the same way everywhere?

It could be a local issue possibly. We can investigate further w/ more info via a support ticket.
